I am interested in getting an ALCAT food allergy test and I’m looking for reviews from people who have taken this test. Mostly Im looking for any indication that it improves acne. THANKS!

A good way to treat acne is with a Benzoyl Peroxide wash. There are many of them here. Your local drug store should have one. Start with a 5% solution and it’s it’s too strong move down to 2% or 2.5%. If it’s not strong enough move up to 10%

Talk with your doctor about it, and you can probably get tested for an allergy or intolerance. In the meantime, keep a food diary so you can track what your eating and what the possible triggers might be.
