My insulin resistant daughter is working with a very good dietitian but her weight loss was plateauing inspite of everything. the dietitian suspected food intolerance causing water retention and she turned out to be right. my daughter is intolerant to all carbs, spices, nuts, dairy . Apart freom elimination and rotation diet is there anything else that works? any alternate therapy? pl pl advice
hi there. it’ll all be good with time. i am almost 16 and i have been intolerant to gluten for a couple of years now… and it eliminates ALOT of food. i also don’t eat dairy. I don’t know if there are any alternative ways to help other than a different diet. but i just wanted to say it gets heaps easier with time. haha ;^) maybe ask the dietitian if there are other ways??.
