Apparently, you don’t have to be an expert to be on expertvillage. I’m all for looking for natural remedies, but this is so irresponsible to suggest you can eat foods that you’re allergic to if you take a vinegar shot first. I agree with goomjiji…allergies have everything to do with your IMMUNE SYSTEM…not your digestive system.

Are you kidding me? Food allergies aren’t a digestive issue, they’re an immune system issue. How is apple cider vinegar is going to block histamines and all of the other things that mast cells release during an allergic reaction? Totally irresponsible. Just have some cider vinegar and eat all the nuts you want. Oh. Covered with hives? Puking violently? Can’t breath? Have another shot. It will aid digestion. Experts my .
