i’m 15…i exercise 3 times a week …like just a week ago i took some pills to ease off my consitpation but even after clearin my stomach it was still bloated… i suspected a fructose intolerace cuz i ate fruits everyday before that…well i’ve avoided fruits for like a week and i got constipation again (havent went to toilet for a week!!!) so far the only symptom i have is consitpation and bloated stomach and i swear that i ate loads of fibres(vegies) and drank enough water
do i have to wait longer or i just don’t have a fructose intolerance?should i test for wheat or gluten intolerence?(i eat bread everday)what other possible reasons dat might cause my problm?
wat am i supposed to do now? i cant eat fruits to ease the consitpation and dont wanna take those pills already…
i wanna fix my consitpation prob like asap…in 48 hrs is dat possible?
