has anyone ever done an elimination diet to try and figure out food intolerances?
Posted by: admin / Category: food intolerance testI believe (as well as my naturopath) that I have food intolerances. Unfortunately I can't afford the testing. I have already started a food journal to see if I can figure out a certain food or whatever that is causing my symptoms but I haven't been doing it long enough yet. Once I have journaled long enough and I see that maybe I have ate a certain food both times my symptoms have started, do I just cut out that food for 4 weeks and see if my symptoms disappear or what is the best way to figure this out?
Look for foods you crave. Eat good food with minimal processing, let the individually packaged junk food industry survive without you maybe they will eventually convert.
Don't eat food if it doesn't look good or seem appealling even if convenient.
Check the lables of the crap you eat but really didn't want to, listen to your body. There is so much sulphur and sodium in food these daze it's not hard to get an OD on it when you don't know half the crap you eat.
