I finally got the results back from my food allergy testing, and yall, it is NOT good. I found out I’m lactose (dairy) AND gluten (wheat) intolerant!!!
Ahhh!!! Any gluten-free-ers out there got tips for me?
Also went to see Tyler Perry’s new movie, I Can Do Bad All By Myself, with my friends Maegan and Jordan, and it was our favorite of all!

I’m Gluten …
I’m Gluten Intolerant! I have a lot of tips to share, if you’d like them. My first is: Don’t fret! You’ll still be able to eat a lot of tasty food! My second is that you’ll be doing most of your grocery shopping at Health Food stores like Whole Foods.
I was diagnosed over 2 years ago, and I’m still learning new things. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions, and i’ll do my best to help!

haha sorryyy about your food allergies, but you have a very good outlook on it, better than most people would. you can probably supplement your french fries diet with like, apples or something right?

As far as allergies go, I’m not really allergic to much..Oh! Except I have a minor latex allergy. I discovered this when I was wearing fake eyelashes a lot (thanks Disney cosmetology) Upon leaving work my eyelids would always itch and be red. After a couple days in a row I woke up with my eyes practically swollen shut. I showed up to work like that, it was funny. They ended up mixing together a eyelash glue that didn’t contain latex. So yay!

I know there’s a …
I know there’s a lot of gluten-free cookbooks out there, you could try out some of those.
Plus, you’ll probably lose a lot of weight now, because not eating gluten and lactose based foods usually cuts a lot of calories.
NOT THAT YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. xD
And I hate Tyler Perry movies, so I refuse to go see it
