How do I determine a food intolerance?

Posted by: admin  /  Category: food intolerance

Do i actually have to spend weeks on end not eating certain foods? I think I have an intolerance to something common like dairy. Im going to go to the doctor and ask, but isnt there a blood test or something they can do?

They do have a test for dairy and wheat intolerance, but for other foods there is no test. I am very intolerant of all poultry, eggs, cherries, beets, and honey. There are no tests for these foods. I had to figure it out on my own.

measure it by how many dumps you take and the severity of the farts you let out….seriously

Try not eating dairy for a while. If you feel better, then that’s what it is.

Blood tests don’t show what food is causing a problem - this is something YOU do.
