is there a test I can do to find out any food intolerance’s I might have?

I am trying to find out if I have any food intolerance’s as I keep having headaches, dizzy spells and bloating after I eat can anyone help?

Unfortunately there is NO definitive test to discover if you have an intolerance. A man from a tv "watchdog" programme took those blood tests from 4 different companies and got 4 different answers!
I went to a specialist doctor and I had a biopsy taken of my stomach to test for Coeliac disease, but it came back negative.
I have since cut out lactose, refined sugar, caffeine and wheat and I feel a whole lot better.
Basically, just stay away from prepackaged foods, crisps and Chocolate as much as you can (the cravings are mental for the first 3 weeks, but by then your blood sugar regulates itself and you feel a whole lot better) and eat as little red meat as possible, and when you do eat it try to stick to fresh cuts like steak rather than burgers.
It’s not as bad or as expensive as it sounds, in fact my grocery has worked out cheaper. Home made soups are easy and much better for you too.
You may have an over abundance of candida too, in which case probiotics like in yoghurts (The acidophollus kind) will help you, as well as odourless garlic capsules which have allacin in, which kills nasty bacteria and promotes the good ones.

Then, once you are all cleared out (after around 6 weeks), introduce the "bad" foods in one at a time, so you can truly notice whether or not they make a difference to how you feel, (maybe keep a food diary) and whether or not you need to rule them out forever. You can get "lactofree" milk these days without it having to be soya milk too, so it’s not that hard to stick to.
Plus it’s worth it when you can have 6 hours sleep and wake up fresh as a daisy!
Good luck!
